Hello everyone,

So, after nearly eight years of studying economics, I finally decided that I have acquired sufficient knowledge to start a blog of my own. This is basically me sharing my thoughts and ideas (backed up by facts of course) on current trends and issues in economics globally. I am also an aspiring development economist and I have a keen interest in governance and the political economy; so chances are, most of my posts will cut across a wide range of topics.

For most people, the term “economics” evokes images of boring equations, financial numbers and indecipherable graphs. I hope this blog changes this misconception and introduces you to economics in an engaging and interesting way.
